You can just add your email account info in Android and then go to Accounts and select your Exchange account and select which of the (Email, Calendar, Contact, Tasks) you want to sync. AkrutoSync claims on their website 'When you open the box that holds your Android phone, it will not be able to sync Microsoft Outlook with Android' which is completely untrue.

Why would anyone want to pay for software like this when the better integration is already built into the phone?
