Alexis B. Selected For Mac
McLeod Angier Alexis McLeod was born October 17, 1998 and on January 26, 2018 after a long fight from a car accident on September 5, 2017, she succumbed to her injuries. Alexis was a beautiful, intelligent and energetic young lady. She enjoyed many extra curricular activities such as volleyball, drama and chorus. Alexis was blessed with a beautiful voice and a precious spirit. She was loved by her family and friends but as much as she was loved, she loved even harder. Many of her friends describe her as an inspiration. Alexis is survived by her mother, Shanon Matthews and brother, Ethan Carroll both of the home (Angier); her father, Danny McLeod (Garner); maternal grandparents, Danny and Debbie Matthews (Willow Spring); paternal grandparents, Roger and Rhonda Earley (Raleigh) and Tommy and Wendy McLeod (Missouri); paternal great grandmother, Virginia Poole (Raleigh); and many aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
Alexis's family will be receiving family and friends at her home, 514 Rawls Church Road, Angier until the scheduled wake on Monday, January 29 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. At Thomas Funeral Home in Fuquay-Varina. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 30 at 11:00 a.m. At Thomas Funeral Home Chapel.
